Hey there! My name is Grace, I grew up in New Brunswick, Canada, and worked as an Internal Medicine Physician before retiring and joining the short-term rental business. My husband, Brian, is retired Navy, and after finishing our careers in the Washington DC area, our love of the water brought us to Southwestern Florida. We now own four beautiful waterfront properties in Punta Gorda, Florida, one in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, and one mountain view home with a casita in Santa Fe, NM. To help you explore the area and make the most of your time here, we provide our guests with a self-crafted Digital Guidebook. Our years of experience in this business have taught us a lot about what vacationers need and want to get that 5-star, stress-free experience.
