★ The Cottage ★
Our cottage is a 6 bedrooms bungalow that can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people and make for an ideal stay for family and friends. Each of the 3 bedrooms on the main floor has a queen bed and black-out window blind to keep the sun out. On the lower level, each of the 2 bedrooms has a king bed, while the third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. All the beds are furnished with mattress, bed sheet, pillows, comforter set and either a dresser or a closet.
The 3 bathrooms include either a bathtub or a stand-up shower stall, and are stocked with bath towel sets for each guest, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hairdryer and toilet paper.
For those rainy days and lazy nights, lounge on the couch in the great room and cozy up to the fireplace. Enjoy a movie on the 75" Samsung smart TV with access to Netflix, or the LG Bluetooth Surround Sound Audio and Entertainment System. Play a game of billiards in the recreation room. And when the kids have had enough screen time, you can entertain them with various board and card games and children books.
The kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking Sunday brunch or gourmet dinners, with pots, pans, baking sheets, roasting racks, new dishes, mixing bowls, platters, casserole dishes, cutlery, basic spices and condiments, etc. Other kitchen conveniences include a dishwasher, microwave, RO and UV filtered and softened drinking water, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker and blender.
Meals can be enjoyed on the dining table that can accommodate a big group. A highchair can be provided upon request.
★ The Backyard ★
The secluded and spacious backyard is surrounded by a canopy of mature tall trees. It is a sanctuary that offers a variety of different recreation, relaxation and dining options for people of all ages. The large deck around the back is perfect for BBQ and al fresco dining. The kids can challenge themselves on the Ninja rope or ping pong table. Adults can enjoy a book in the sun or shade, do yoga on the deck, sip wine and chill in the hot tub, or relax in the brand new wood-burning wood barrel sauna. In the evening, the kids can roast marshmallows in the fire pit or stargaze the dark sky.
★ Beaches ★
There are many pristine beaches along the eastern Georgian Bay shoreline that can rival those found in the Caribbean. Most are situated in a protected cove or bay within a few minutes walk or drive from the cottage. Crystal clear turquoise water transitions gradually over a shallow sandy bottom with no rocks for a hundred feet before it reaches waist level. These white sandy beaches are not only great for safe children swimming, but also the perfect location for viewing the most beautiful sunsets in Southern Ontario. Access to these beaches is restricted to local residents and guests only, so don’t be surprised if you are the only soul on these beaches.

You have easy water access to Georgian Bay from a public boat launch ramp located at Balm Beach, just a 5 minutes drive south of the cottage. So feel free to bring your own adult water toys, be it a catamaran, a runabout or a jet ski.

The primary guest is fully responsible for any monetary fine and fee regardless of which way the citation was issued.
