• Hosts or their representatives may greet guests upon arrival to provide keys, access cards, or electronic entry codes and answer any property questions. 
• Early check-ins and late arrivals may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability and approval by the host. Guests should communicate their requests in advance to allow sufficient time to make arrangements. 
• Hosts may provide self-check-in instructions or arrange for key pickup from a designated location. 

Check-out Procedures: 

• Hosts shall specify the check-out time, and guests must vacate the property by this time. 
• Guests are responsible for returning keys, access cards, or other entry devices to the host or following instructions for key drop-off. 
• Guests should ensure that all personal belongings are removed from the property and that it is left in a tidy and undamaged condition.
