Unauthorized Late Check Out - $50-$100 for checkout beyond the agreed time without prior approval. Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings. Pool Misuse: $200 for violations, including the use of pool equipment without informing the host. Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking.
