Plus it does not get better than this location right on the lakefront with your own private dock and patio to lounge on with your guests! The neighbors are all relaxed people just looking to enjoy their time on the lake. You'll see friends and families on their boats, jet skis, rafts, canoes, etc. all day everyday when the sun is shining!
In the fall/winter months, there is no better place to have nice hot cocoa and get away from the hustle and bustle of the work week.
The house is literally walking distance (only 100 yards!) from Anchorage Boat Dock for all your boat, pontoon, jet ski rental needs. You can also enjoy their lovely deli and ice cream parlor!

Smoking Indoors: $500 for any smoking evidence inside. Noise Disturbances: $300 per incident for excessive noise. Unauthorized Late Check Out - $50-$100 for checkout beyond the agreed time without prior approval. Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings. Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking.
