We are less than a mile from Fisherman’s Village and right by the Isle Yacht Club. The house is on a deep canal with sailboat access and only 14 minutes from the Punta Gorda Airport. You can enjoy the day sitting around the pool or playing bags. Spend your evening around the fire pit watching the sun go down.

Close to Historic Downtown. There is a lot of restaurants and live music. The property is close to the Marina and Yacht Club.
There is parking in the driveway. The city does not allow you to leave a boat or trailer outside overnight.
You can get around by vehicle, bike or walking to serval places in the area.
