★ The Main House ★
Our luxurious cottage, filled with natural sunlight all around all day long, is a 5 bedrooms manor that can comfortably accommodate up to 16 people and make for an ideal stay for family and friends. Each of the 4 bedrooms on the upper floor has either a king/queen bed or bunk beds and window blinds to keep the sun out. A secluded and elevated terrace balcony right outside the cathedral ceiling principal bedroom makes for a perfect spot for sipping Chardonnay and watching beautiful sunsets. On the lower level, each of the 2 bedrooms has a queen/double beds. All the beds are furnished with mattress, bed sheet, pillows, comforter set and either a dresser or a closet.
All 3 bathrooms (one ensuite) have a bathtub and are stocked with bath towel sets for each guest, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hairdryer and toilet paper.
For those rainy days and lazy nights, lounge on the couches in the cathedral ceiling living room or the recreation room, and cozy up to the fireplace. Enjoy a movie on the 75" Samsung smart TV with access to Netflix, or the Bluetooth surround sound audio entertainment system. Play a game of ping pong or foosball in the recreation room. And when the kids have had enough screen time, you can entertain them with various board and card games and children books.
The kitchen comes fully equipped for cooking Sunday brunch or gourmet dinners, with pots, pans, baking sheets, roasting racks, new dishes, mixing bowls, platters, casserole dishes, cutlery, basic spices and condiments, etc. Other kitchen conveniences include a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker and blender.
Meals can be enjoyed on the grand island with high bar stools that can accommodate a big group. A highchair can be provided upon request.
★ The Front Yard ★
Net and posts are installed in the large front yard for beach volleyball. Between game sets you can rest and re-hydrate on a swinging couch or a swinging rattan egg.
★ The Back Yard ★
The back yard is a sanctuary that offers a variety of different recreation, relaxation and dining options for people of all ages. The large deck around the back is perfect for BBQ and al fresco dining. The kids can challenge themselves on the trampoline or playset with swings and slide. Adults can enjoy a book in the sun or shade, do yoga on the deck, sip wine and chill in the new hot tub, relax in the new wood-burning wood barrel sauna, or view an amazingly beautiful sunset over the cottages on the terrace balcony at dusk. Late in the evening the kids can roast marshmallows in the fire pit or stargaze the dark sky.
★ Beaches ★
There are many pristine beaches along the eastern Georgian Bay shoreline that can rival those found in the Caribbean. Most are situated in a protected cove or bay within a few minutes walk or drive from the cottage. Crystal clear turquoise water transitions gradually over a shallow sandy bottom with no rocks for a hundred feet before it reaches waist level. These white sandy beaches are not only great for safe children swimming, but also the perfect location for viewing the most beautiful sunsets in Southern Ontario. Access to these beaches is restricted to local residents and guests only, so don’t be surprised if you are the only soul on these beaches.

You have easy water access to Georgian Bay from a public boat launch ramp located at Balm Beach, just a 10 minutes drive north of the cottage. So feel free to bring your own adult water toys, be it a catamaran, a runabout or a jet ski.

Violation of any by-law may result in a citation issued by the enforcement officer directly to the guest, or to the host (property owner). The primary guest is fully responsible for any monetary fine and fee regardless of which way the citation was issued.
